Venice Beach DP003 Double Stackers
ParkPlus worked with the client to double the capacity of their existing public parking lot for commercial retail and public beach access valet parking. Venice, much like most beach cities are impacted by the lack of public parking.
This is the first time that both Los Angeles Coastal Commission and California Coastal Commission allowed high density vehicle storage. ParkPlus was instrumental in getting the approvals through dual jurisdiction coastal commissions.
DP003 double stacker car lifts units were used to increase the daily parking to 74 vehicles on a 10,000 square foot lot. ParkPlus was able to double the available capacity and increase the revenue for our client.
