PARKPLUS has completed the installation of a solution at the West Hollywood Park and Aquatics Center for the City of West Hollywood, LA. The Aquatics Center features a popular year-round rooftop pool with an incredible view of Downtown Los Angeles and the Hollywood Hills. The PARKPLUS system expands the center’s parking facilities, allowing it to comfortably accommodate more guests.

A Unique Parking Solution

The additional parking space is made possible by 25 PARKPLUS SP100 Suspended Platforms and 10 PARKPLUS DP003 Double Stacker Car Lifts with EV chargers. The PARKPLUS SP100s are two-vehicle parking lifts that store cars vertically on suspended platforms. They integrate with the building structure, leaving a column-free space below for additional parking bays. The DP003 lifts two cars vertically on cantilevered platforms with shared legs, allowing extra vehicles to be parked underneath.

The PARKPLUS solution features parking platforms suspended over parking spaces and drive aisles, making it a one-of-a-kind system. This design increases the center’s parking capacity by over 100%, providing a parking footprint of 157 square feet per vehicle—compared to the standard 300 square feet per vehicle.
