ParkPlus was established over 50 years ago in Queens, New York. Since then, we have designed, manufactured, installed, and maintained more high-density stacker parking lift systems than any other company in the US, parking over 300,000 cars every single day across our installed base.
We operate full-service offices in New Jersey, Los Angeles, and Hialeah, Florida, with installation teams active across every major US market. When an operator calls ParkPlus, they reach people who have worked in their market, understand the local permitting environment, and have likely already completed projects nearby.
Service is fully in-house. ParkPlus-employed technicians, a dedicated fleet of service trucks, remote monitoring infrastructure, and on-hand parts inventory are all available around the clock. Operators on service contracts reach a named contact with direct accountability.

What adding stackers to your operation actually looks like
Site review
We assess your lot dimensions, vehicle mix, throughput patterns, and clearance. Most urban surface lots and existing garages qualify without structural changes. We tell you upfront if a site doesn’t work.
Design and installation
ParkPlus handles engineering, permitting support, manufacturing, and installation. Our own crews do the work, start to finish. Your existing operation stays open where possible during installation.
Revenue on day one
New parking lift spaces generate revenue immediately. If your operation is already turning away cars, the upside starts fast. ParkPlus service contracts keep systems running reliably from that point forward.

Car stacker parking lifts built for commercial operations
ParkPlus mechanical stacker parking lifts are engineered and manufactured in-house, designed for the demands of daily commercial use: reliable, serviceable, and proven across thousands of installations.
2 spaces from 1
The most widely deployed parking lift in the ParkPlus portfolio. Stacks one vehicle directly above another on the same footprint. Available in independent and pit configurations for surface lots and garages.
3 spaces from 1
Three vehicles stacked vertically in a single bay. Delivers significant density gains where height permits. A strong option for operators looking to maximize capacity on existing footprints without structural expansion.
4 spaces from 1
Maximum mechanical density. Four vehicles per bay makes this the highest-capacity stacker configuration ParkPlus offers. Suited to sites with adequate clearance where the revenue case for maximum stacking is established.
Above-grade capacity without excavation
Suspended platform systems lift vehicles above an existing parking level, adding a second tier of capacity without a pit. Particularly suited to garages where floor penetration is impractical or prohibited by building structure.
High-density, driver-operated
Lift-slide puzzle systems move platforms both vertically and horizontally, packing significantly more vehicles into a given footprint than a flat lot. Driver operated: vehicles enter and exit with PLC-controlled platform movement. ParkPlus has installed the largest semi-automated system in Manhattan.

Premium parking lift systems without the capital outlay.
ParkPlus offers a flexible rental program designed to make high-density parking lift solutions accessible without large upfront costs. Fixed monthly payments, terms up to ten years, and maintenance included, so you know exactly what you’re paying every month.
At end of term, operators can extend, upgrade to newer equipment, or purchase the system at fair market value. The program is designed around the reality that operator budgets are project-specific, and flexibility matters.
Rental rates are quoted per site and depend on system type, project size, location and term. Installation fees and powerpacks are quoted separately.
The ParkPlus Preferred Partner Program
Most markets outside New York and New Jersey have substantial parking lift inventory that is not on any formal service agreement: maintained in-house, by third parties, or maintained inconsistently. If your operation has ParkPlus equipment, or equipment from another manufacturer, that is a conversation worth having.
We work directly with operators who have existing lift and stacker inventory. Whether you want to put that equipment on a proper contract, benchmark what you’re currently paying, or evaluate switching service providers, the conversation starts with a call.
Operators on the ParkPlus preferred program receive priority dispatch, documented service history, a named technician contact, and predictable annual costs, with direct accountability at every level.

Parking lifts for parking operators: common questions
How much capacity can parking lifts add to an existing lot?
A double stacker parking lift turns one parking space into two, a triple into three and a quad into four, without building a new structure. The exact gain depends on clearance, layout and how vehicles move through the lot, which a ParkPlus site review confirms.
Can parking operators rent parking lifts instead of buying them?
Yes. The ParkPlus parking lift rental program uses fixed monthly payments over terms up to 10 years, with maintenance included. At the end of the term, operators can extend, upgrade to newer equipment or purchase the system at fair market value. Installation is quoted per project.
Does ParkPlus service parking lifts from other manufacturers?
Yes. ParkPlus services its own equipment and lifts from other manufacturers through an in-house field service operation that runs 24/7. Operators on an annual service agreement get priority scheduling, documented service history and a named technician contact.
What is StackerTracker?
StackerTracker is the ParkPlus equipment portal for parking operators. It holds the equipment registry, service history, inspection schedule and service requests for every location, with access scoped to each user. Accounts are set up for ParkPlus service customers.
Which parking lift is right for a commercial parking operation?
It depends on overhead clearance, the space count you need and how the lot operates. ParkPlus builds double, triple and quad stacker parking lifts, suspended platforms and lift-slide puzzle systems, and a site review matches the system to the location.
