The ParkPlus stacker range

DP003 Double Stacker
Two level parking lift for storing cars vertically. Cantilevered platforms between shared common legs allow additional cars to be parked below. The DP003 is the most widely installed mechanical parking lift in the ParkPlus product line, approved for use in New York City, Los Angeles, and nationwide.

SP100 Suspended Platform
Two level parking lift with suspended platforms supported by building integration, providing a column-free area for additional spaces below. Ideal for sites with existing structural elements that can support overhead mounting, maximizing usable floor space.
TP500 Triple Stacker
Three level parking lift for storing cars vertically. Nested platforms between shared common legs allow additional cars to be parked below. The TP500 triples parking capacity in the same footprint, making it a cost-effective choice for high-density valet and attended parking operations.

QP1000 Quad Stacker
Four level parking lift for storing cars vertically. Nested platforms between shared common legs allow additional cars to be parked below. The QP1000 delivers the highest density of any mechanical parking lift in the ParkPlus lineup, stacking four vehicles in a single parking bay.
ParkPlus mechanical parking lifts stack vehicles vertically on cantilevered or suspended platforms, doubling to quadrupling capacity within a single footprint. Every system is attendant-operated, keeping the technology straightforward and the maintenance minimal. From two-car residential driveways to multi-level commercial garages, these lifts are the fastest way to add parking without expanding your building envelope.
All lifts are designed, manufactured, installed, and serviced in-house by ParkPlus.

How mechanical lifts work
Mechanical parking lifts are attended systems. A trained operator drives each vehicle onto a platform, which is raised to create additional spaces below. Systems run in series with shared structural legs for stability and space efficiency, and are typically limited to four levels for efficiency and regulatory reasons. Suitable for airports, offices, multifamily residential, hospitals, auto dealerships, and attended lots.
