Automated Parking Systems
ParkPlus automated robotic parking systems use AGV and rack & rail technology to store and retrieve vehicles — no drivers or attendants required.
ParkPlus Automated Parking Platforms
ParkPlus offers two fully automated parking platforms, each engineered for high-density vehicle storage in space-constrained environments. Our AGV platform uses free-roaming robots that navigate autonomously using vision systems and laser guidance, while our rack and rail platform uses fixed-rail shuttles for fast, structured vehicle transport. Both systems eliminate the need for ramps, drive aisles, and human operators — delivering faster throughput, smaller building footprints, and lower long-term operating costs than conventional parking garages. Every installation is designed, manufactured, and maintained in-house by ParkPlus from our facilities in New Jersey, Los Angeles, and Florida.
AGV Automated Parking
Free-roaming, self-charging, omni-directional robots using traffic management software, markers, vision systems, and lasers to manage the automated storage and retrieval of vehicles on trays. AGV systems adapt to irregular building footprints and can scale capacity by adding robots without modifying the structure.

Rack and Rail Automated Parking
Fixed-rail robotic shuttle units using proprietary handling mechanisms, traffic management software, limit switches, and lasers to manage the automated storage and retrieval of vehicles with or without trays. Rack and rail configurations are ideal for linear building footprints and deliver consistent cycle times across high-capacity installations.
ParkPlus automated robotic parking systems use free-roaming or fixed-rail robotic technology to store and retrieve vehicles without any driver or attendant involvement. Vehicles are delivered to a transfer point, and the system handles everything from there. Purpose-built for high-density urban projects, airports, hospitals, and mixed-use developments where speed, throughput, and space efficiency are critical. ParkPlus works closely with architects, developers, and municipalities to integrate parking automation into modern building projects.

How automated robotic parking systems work
The driver pulls up to a transfer point and exits the vehicle. From there, the system takes over completely. Robots or rail-mounted shuttles locate an available space, transport the vehicle, and store it. On retrieval, the system locates the vehicle and returns it to the transfer point within minutes. No ramps, no aisles, no searching for spaces. Automated systems typically reduce the parking footprint by 60 to 80 percent compared to conventional garages. Because vehicles are stored by machines in tight configurations, automated robotic parking systems also eliminate door dings, theft, and pedestrian safety concerns found in traditional garages.
