PRECONSTRUCTION

Residence Inn by Marriott is a large-scale modular construction hotel project. The hotel is equipped with 71 PARKPLUS TP500 Triple Stacker parking lifts and 24 SP100 Suspended Platforms beneath the podium deck. The modular approach has ensured that construction time is half of what a standard large-scale hotel project would be.
