This was an adaptive reuse project in the Culver City Arts District which turned industrial space to a creative office consisting of 25 unique, build-to-suit, freestanding buildings, which each range in size from 800 to 27,789sf in a true campus setting. Parking demand went from 1 vehicle per 1,000sf to 5 vehicles per 1,000sf. Triple Stacker TP500H units were selected to increase parking required for the renovated creative office campus.

This was the first installation of Triple Car Stackers in the City of Los Angeles. This required PARKPLUS to go through the City of Los Angeles (LARR) Los Angeles Research Report approval process. PARKPLUS was also required to construct pilings through existing concrete slabs for support.

PARKPLUS also increased the existing surface parking and provided parking for 132 vehicles on a 9,000sf area. Lincoln Properties were able to increase the number of tenants for their creative office space.
